First of all what is #NOHACK? #NOHACK is an official DalNET help channel which assists IRC users who are infected with trojans, worms, viruses and malware in safely removing these infections from their computers. In other words they are the good guys when it comes to fighting back against hackers and computer parasites.

The above speaks clearly for itself about the ridiculous and illegal antics performed by this individual, one Brian Holstegge who is currently the head of ISIA (Internal Security / Internal Affairs)

Brian Holstegge claimed to us shortly after the event that he really was a police officer, however we were able to establish that this indeed was not true.

We do tend to agree on this point with Brian about the Code 9, in fact we couldn't agree more. We certainly would not want to even guess at the intelligence level of this individual.

Brian Holstegge was supposedly terminated from the International Web Police, but was seen many times in their IRC chatrooms using a different nickname. Brian_01795 has since been reinstated back to full active duty status.

Apparently when we questioned his termination and mysterious reappearance, it was explained that yes he was indeed terminated, but he applied to join again and was accepted. This sounds more like suspension than termination to us, but we are reliably informed by the Web Police that he was indeed terminated. We believe more arrests will surely follow!

Brian Holstegge is still with the International Web Police 2 years later and is now the Director of ISIA (Internal Security / Internal Affairs)

More: Reading the forum postings by Peter Hampton HERE might open a few peoples eyes to some of the hypocrisy where he states:

"Our staff is comprised of both civilian and Sworn Law Enforcement Officers. (many are in the U.K.) Those L.E.O.'s do not take kindly to being ridiculed for the efforts to protect and serve people as volunteers with the International Web Police.

Why anyone would even question their loyality to their profession is beyond me, but they certainly are NOT impersonating Police Officers, They ARE Police Officers.."

and furthermore:

"Stefan, as you were an officer with Web Police for quite sometime, you are well aware of our strict policy against any civilian claiming they are a police officer. Any such act would cause immediate dismissal. If you know of any such actions taking place, please notify me immediately sir, I can assure you they will regret having done so."

Do we believe this? Not a word of it! Anyone see the hypocrisy here? Brian_01795 must be sorely regretting his recent promotion? What do you think? Again he neglects to mention the criminal element of their civilian officers!

We also have many recorded logs of Peter Hampton making the claim that "he is the police". Anyone think this is impersonation? He forgets to mention that any real police officers his agencies do attract quickly bail out when they witness the ridiculous antics that occur in his IRC chatrooms or figure out the truth about him and his agencies. Either way neither of them remain for any considerable length of time.

Peter Hampton according to reliable informants who have actually met him was allegedly what is often referred to as a rentacop (Security Guard) working for a Sears store in Indianapolis, Indiana.
