Peter Wade Hampton aka Peter Hampton, Pete Hampton, Ed Fulke, Edward Fulke has twice been convicted of sexual offenses against children in Orange County, California. Has also been convicted of crimes of dishonesty in the State of Indiana, namely theft from Indianapolis International Airport.

Modus Operandi: Has been known to pretend to be an ex Cop or Sheriff and has also been known to have pretended to be a Karate instructor allegedly to molest young girls.

Claims to be a protector of children and an investigator of child pornography, terrorism, harrassment, fraud, scams, and other Internet crimes. Has also operated supposed public help web sites such as International Web Police http://www.web-police.org InterGOV International http://www.intergov.org ScamWatch http://www.scamwatch.com ICC-911 http://www.icc-911.com (supposedly to protect children and trace runaway children) InterDAC http://www.interdac.com IWTF http://www.iwtf.org and solicits for donations and personal information. Peter Hampton had previously declared himself the President of these bogus organizations.

Peter Hampton has also claimed that his public chat rooms were child safe and has exploited children by recruiting them into his bogus agencies which he had previously claimed were endorsed and recognized by Police and Government Agencies worldwide. Peter Hampton still has a disturbing fascination with young children and we urge all parents to be aware of his activities.

Peter Hampton has also organized and hosted child safety conferences where respected child safety organizations were duped into attendance. As it turned out the joke was supposedly on him as the bogus Bush Cheney Convention people turned out to be pranksters who pretended to drown babies in buckets of water or suffucate them in plastic bags.
