General Information:
I was born to a military family whose assignments allowed me to travel extensively and live in many countries around the world. The meeting of new people and learning their languages and cultures is the one of the most wonderful experiences of my life.

The founding of InterGOV and its many agencies has been more challenging and rewarding than could ever imagined. There are hundreds of millions of people in the world community with no source of help or information other than InterGOV. Providing this wide range of services to such a vast community has proved to be more of a task than could ever be thought possible. The personal reward felt from helping people in need is a wonderful experience and totally beyond description.

My title of President refers only to my job description and is in no way intended to signify or represent authority or power. The world is full of presidents, few who are truly concerned with the welfare and safety of the the people they serve. I am here to serve every person in the world community and do so without pay or compensation. This is also true of the thousands of volunteer staff members who graciously volunteer their personal time to assist others in need. Many volunteers spend endless hours on the Internet so insure the needs of all people are met. I send my most sincere thanks to these wonderful people, they deserve the highest respect and admiration for their vital contribution and selfless dedication to helping others.
