Convicted Criminals In International Web Police & InterGov

The public should be aware that these agencies contain and harbor convicted criminals as active members. In Peter Hampton's own words you will see that IWP/IG includes convicted criminals in their ranks. Are these the kind of people that you would want to trust with your personal information or expose victims of crime to? We think not!

However their many web pages mislead the public with claims just like the ones below. Strangely enough there is absolutely no mention or warning of the fact that they are also comprised of convicted criminals and the unsuspecting public are led to believe that they will be giving out sensitive information to fully screened and trustworthy individuals. Not only does Peter Hampton state that many of his staff have criminal records, he even states that he has a criminal record himself. He then expects the public to trust him and his organisations? is he crazy? Could you in all honesty trust this individual or any of his staff?

Further Comments On This Disgrace:

The above requires little comment from us as Peter Hampton apparently does a far better job of hanging himself than anybody else could ever achieve. Enough said!

Let's look at the claims on their web site again and try to put them into some kind of perspective.

We can only count 2!

The LEO division apparently no longer exists and therefore this makes somewhat of a mockery of the main claim to credibility which they have. This also appears to be the main part of their claim to credibility and singularly the main reason why anyone might actually trust these individuals.

They neglect to mention the Civic minded convicted criminals which also appear to help make up the numbers in this group.

3.) Explorer Division which is comprised of minors who wish to be trained and assist in helping others. They are supervised by the LEO Division to insure their safety."

As there is apparently no longer an active LEO division it makes us concerned for the safety of these minors, many of whom are around 14 years old. So we have a situation where minors who are not properly supervised or protected are sharing a chat server with convicted criminals. Some of you might find the WWW.ICC-911.Com mission statement rather unfortunate and ironic. If the mission statement were actually true then the above would not be allowed to happen would it?

We wonder who in their right mind would even consider the idea of visiting their chat rooms, let alone take their friends or families there to rub shoulders with convicted felons. For all anyone knows any of these specially trained IRCops (Internet Relay Chat Operators - Not Cops) could have convictions for pedophilia, stalking, hacking, fraud, violence, theft, larceny, indecent assault, battery, shoplifting, misuse of government property, interfering with ambulances, beating women or impersonation of Police Officers. It has many times been alleged to us that some of them do! Check out AARON C. FORSMAN who has convictions for quite a few of the above criminal activities.

Maybe they have District Attorneys and Judges in their ranks now?, as they are also claiming to trace and prosecute individuals suspected of crimes. The claim is arguable due to the fact that they cannot keep their own house in order and free of criminals.

Meet The New Director Of Personnel - David Lee Humphryes II - David_04100 Staff Profile

David Lee Humphryes II has been with this organisation for approximately 3 days at the time of writing this article and is already the Director Of Personnel. When anyone submits an application to join any of the IWP or IG agencies their personal information will be submitted to this individual for processing. In his own words, he cannot leave his own county in which he lives yet can be trusted to process applications for membership to IWP & IG which contain your personal information? Anybody see something wrong with that?

We can only wonder about the wisdom which went into placing an individual into a position of trust like this after only 3 days with complete access to personal and sensitive information. Has Peter Hampton gone completely out of his mind?

Furthermore "Every Officer is trained in the latest procedures and newest technology which allows them to perform their duties with the highest degree of efficiency."

He completed all of this training in only 3 days? The training itself is somewhat of a joke and consists of multiple choice questions with irrelevant and fairly obvious answers. The other part of the training consists of learning how to use the mIRC chat room software which is hardly the newest technolgy as per the above claim. Take a look at the below training and see if you can see any of this training in latest procedures or technology which is referred to.

Note: Access to these tests has finally been restricted after many years of the submission forms being insecure. Even children easily pass these tests and the pass level is 80% which would require someone being very unintelligent to actually fail them.
