Peter Hampton Declares Bankruptcy - Are The InterGOV Coffers Dry?

I wonder if the latest fundraising activities might have anything to do with the fact that Peter Hampton voluntarily filed for bankruptcy on 09/25/2002? Details are below:

We had been aware of this for quite some time but have not made mention of this before now due to not having the necessary proof at hand. Contrary to what Mr. Hampton would have people believe, we both check and verify our information before we publish it. Maybe this is why he appears so desperate to rid the Internet of this site?

Strangely enough, Mr. Hampton doesn't volunteer this information on any of his many web pages which solicit for potential investors in InterGOV to be aware of before considering making a donation. Maybe Mr. Hampton will claim that this is lies too, as according to Mr. Hampton this site is a hate site which is full of lies and innuendos.

This leads one to question the amount of $250,000 he claims that he himself, his wife Cynthia and his daughter Barbara supposedly invested into InterGOV, let alone all the other donations he claims to have received.

His web pages until recently stated that many different investors coughed up large sums of money for his cause yet when questioned about this in his InterDAC forum claims that nobody has ever donated a cent and that all the expenses come from out of his own pocket. One individual by the name of Ed Fulke made these statements claiming to have seen Peter Hampton's accounts for InterGOV and associated agencies, however Ede Fulke turned out to be non other than Peter Hampton himself using an alias to try and add credibility to his own statements. A few people mentioned on this page as investors including Police Captain Chet Bowen who according to InterGOV supposedly invested $90 has stated that he never gave a single dime to them. Marta Morgan who is down for $5,600 has also stated that at most she might have donated $100 or so dollars. We will of course leave it purely upto the reader to decide who is being honest here.

It also states that Cindy (Cynthia) Hampton gave $80,000, his daughter Barbara Hampton gave $45,000 and Peter Hampton himself donated $125,000. Notice his figures for his family donations add up to exactly $250,000 (one quarter of a million US dollars). Not bad for somebody who to my knowledge has never owned a property and has declared himself and his wife as bankrupt in the above recent joint filing.

Linda Carter is also down for a donation of $10,000 yet as other official documents that are linked to from this site show, she has declared herself as insolvent.

Little more needs to be said on this subject as the above should make any potential investor think twice before putting their hands in their pockets and supporting these so called not for profit organizations that we have still yet to be able to find any proof of legal registration for.
