Web Police, Threats, Racism, Lies, Pedophile Accusations & Pornography! Recently a rather disturbing post appeared in our public forum which included racist slurs, threats and some very serious false pedophile accusations. The post which was full of lies which we believe was intended to discredit the Web Police Warning site has been attributed to a Canadian individual by the name of Bill Howes. Bill Howes is also supposedly the best investigator currently that the Web Police have at their disposal and holds the prestigious position of Director of International Web Police Computer Crime Lab. Despite his prestigious Web Police title, Bill Howes has absolutely no Police associations or training and is merely an individual who runs an online computer games site which can be found at WWW.BILLSPLACE.CA and also contains pornographic cartoons. See Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here, Here and Here. Clearly this material is pornographic in nature. While we do not have anything in particular against pornography, we do however take offense at the false claims made by Peter Hampton that we promote pornography and contribute to the moral decay and delinquency of minors. Peter Hampton claims that there are pornographic images all over our site, however he fails to point out where these pornographic images supposedly reside and overlooks the little fact that his own senior staff engage in the very same activity that he falsely accuses us of. It was particularly easy to find these publicly accessible pornographic images on Bill Howes's site though. This most clearly makes them complete hypocrites. Now let us move on to the forum posting and our reason for believing that it was posted by one Bill Howes.
Looking at the post it can be seen that it was posted from the IP Address 206.47.125.4 which gives us a starting point to begin doing some research. Firstly let's look at the hostname for the IP Address. We performed these lookups from a Linux machine but anybody can easily replicate and verify our findings by visiting sites such as DNSTools.Com which have a variety of simple to use tools to look up this kind of information for free. We first asked: host 206.47.125.4 This tells us nothing of any value except that the IP Address does not have a hostname which it will reverse to. This usually means that the 206.47.125.rev file on the authoritive nameserver is lacking an entry for the reverse. This is not unusual so let's move on. We will now attempt to see who owns this address by performing a WHOIS on the IP Address to see what, if anything that we can learn. We asked: whois 206.47.125.4 This tells us lots more, we now know that Bell Canada own the netblock and have sub-allocated 8 IP Addresses to the Clarington Public Library of which 6 of these addresses would be usable as one would be needed for gateway and another for broadcast. So what does the Clarington Public Library have to do with anything? Let's see what we can dig up on the Clarington Public Library. We pay a quick visit to Google and perform this SEARCH to see what it will bring up. In the results we find THIS SITE most helpful in our quest for knowledge and learn that they have a branch at the below address. Clarington Public Library This tells us something, but not enough to identify who might have visited the library and made the post we refer to. We know that Bill Howes lives in Canada, I wonder if he lives anywhere near Bowmanville in Ontario? Let's try to see if he does by looking up his domain name BILLSPLACE.CA to see what we might learn from that. We asked: whois billsplace.ca Bingo!, we have a direct hit and learn that Bill Howes also lives in Bowmanville where the Clarington Public Library is situated. These details appear to have changed slightly since we last looked them up when they declared the below: Subdomain: billsplace.ca The more observant amongst you may have noticed that the address and telephone numbers have changed recently. So, ok we know the address of the library and the address showing in the domain registered by Bill Howes, just for fun let's see how far apart these two addresses might be. We will use Yahoo Maps to try and determine what relationship each address has to each other as it is a usually very reliable source of information.
We quickly learn that 41 Freeland Ave, Bowmanville, ON where Bill Howes lives and 62 Temperance St, Bowmanville ON where the Clarington Public Library is are very close together, in fact you can see how close below by looking at the driving instructions. Starting from: 62 Temperance St, Bowmanville, ON We learn that Bill Howes lives approximately 2 miles away from the library which is roughly a 5 minute drive from his home. We might wonder why when Bill Howes has a computer at his home that he might want to use a Public Library to make a post in our public forums? Maybe Mr. Howes did not want anybody to know it was him? maybe Mr. Howes didn't want lies or racist slurs attributed to him or the Web Police? The post attributed to Bill Howes falsely accuses Tom Duff of being a pedophile and falsely accuses Stefan Pieksma of being a liar and a fake. Stefan Pieksma wrote to both Bill Howes and Peter Hampton to ask for an retraction and an apology. Bill Howes never replied to the e-mail but Peter Hampton did and his reply can be found directly below. Let's see what Mr. Hampton had to say! "Web Police" <webpolice@tampabay.rr.com> So, it would appear that Peter Hampton is also attributing this post to Bill Howes and adds a few false accusations in there about terrorism, stalking, pornography and child abuse for good measure.This may give many a clearer insight into Peter Hampton and his reprehensible activities especially when you remember the above pornographic material which can be found on Bill Howes Internet gaming site. Peter Hampton is also seen to agree to the statements made by Bill Howes which must include the racist slurs, pedophile accusations and the claim that Stefan Pieksma is not even in the Swedish Armed Forces. In fact Hampton's page where he labels us as criminals and any other manner of things indicates that Stefan Pieksma falsified his Web Police application form, I thought Mr. Hampton thoroughly screened every applicant? Both Bill Howes and Peter Hampton claim and unanimously agree that Stefan Pieksma is not in the Swedish Army yet you will notice in the above e-mail that Peter Hampton replied to stefan.pieksma@mil.se which is a Swedish Military address. This clearly leads one to question Peter Hampton's claims and motives as he is fully aware and has been fully aware for a long time that Stefan Pieksma really is a member of the Swedish Army. Peter Hampton furthermore threatens to provide enough information and evidence to Bill Howes to destroy Stefan Pieksma's credibility. Does that sound like a threat anyone? One can only wonder at what supposed information or evidence Peter Hampton might provide? as judging from previous evidence and information he has provided, all of it has been concocted and proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to be completely false! We know for a fact that Peter Hampton is a bankrupt and it is my opinion that he is also bankrupt of both morals and ethics as well. Now let's take a look at the post which contains racist slurs that prompted this article. The original can be viewed in our public forum HERE. Firstly we will ignore the expletives and move to his false accusation against Tom Duff who is a 17 year old ex Web Police member who now posts in our public forum. Tom Duff has never been *suspected of, charged with or convicted of any criminal offenses* and we have managed to determine that Bill Howes simply looked up the Sex Offenders list for the State which Tom lives in and found the record of a 36 year old individual from a different town and with a similar name. This is precisely why we believe that the International Web Police represent a real life threat and danger to the public! When they accuse innocent people of crimes in public claiming they have *evidence* it is clearly defamation and represents a danger to those individuals who have been accused. It is time for these activities to stop! once and for all! We urge all readers who agree with us to contact the General Attorney of Florida to complain and have the activities of Peter Hampton and his cohorts curtailed finally! Such horrible conduct is beyond the realm of reason, inexcusable and disgusting." Anybody see the irony in Peter Hampton's above statement? They accuse minors of being convicted pedophiles and name them and this is ok?, yet accuse us of the same crime without a shred of evidence. We welcome Mr. Hampton to point out these supposedly insulting comments against minors he claims we have on our pages. As Tom Duff is still a minor we can only conclude that in Peter Hampton's own words that the horrible conduct of the International Web Police is both inexcusable and disgusting, not to mention sickening to the stomach that they pretend to protect the public and engage in reprehensible activities such as this! Now let's move on to Stefan Pieksma who is also a moderator of our public forums and popular with and respected by all who post there. Stefan is indeed a member of the Swedish Armed Forces as has been proven extensively on this PAGE which will save covering the same ground over and over again. Stefan's father who unfortunately passed away recently served in the Netherlands (Dutch) Army in Indonesia and married an Indonesian lady, hence Stefan has 2 half Indonesian sisters who Bill Howes refers to as "gooks" which in my opinion makes him a RACIST! at the very least. No wonder he went to the library to post this kind of material! For a supposedly International organization that supposedly welcomes all creeds, I find this attitude very innapropriate to say the least. He then goes on to state that Stefan Pieksma is unemployed and single, both of which are untrue. Mr. Howes, supposedly the best investigator that the International Web Police have at their disposal failed to check Google in his supposed investigation and clearly missed THIS, and THIS page which might have made him draw a different conclusion. One can only suspect Bill Howes investigative techniques and motives in this matter. Furthermore he claims to have owned Stefan which is hacker speak for having hacked someone and having control over their computer. He finishes finally with a threat that we should "watch our steps!!!" In response to Bill Howes threats we believe that actions speak much louder than words and will quote the actions of his guru and master, Peter Hampton, as our response to his feeble and childish threats.
